The prize will be issued as a Casa Manolo Sandwich Stamp Card. Each time you redeem a free sandwich, one stamp will be used. The card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

This promotion is organised by Casa Manolo.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs monthly until withdrawn.

The promotion begins on 23 July 2026. The first entry period will run until 31 July 2026, with the first winner announced within seven days of the closing date.

Thereafter, each monthly entry period will begin at 12:00am on the first calendar day of the month and end at 11:59pm on the last calendar day of the same month.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  
• Employees of Casa Manolo and their immediate families are not eligible.
  
• Entries must be based on a genuine visit to Casa Manolo and feature the participant's real experience.
  
• Participants must be genuine customers of Casa Manolo.
  
• Content must be original and created by the participant during their visit.
  

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Visit Casa Manolo.
  
• Take an original photo or video.
  
• Post it publicly on Instagram or Facebook.
  
• Tag @CasaManoloUK
  
• Include #MeetMeAtCasaManolo
  

Please notice that private accounts cannot be verified unless the participant shares the post with Casa Manolo publicly.

5. Entry Rules

• Unlimited entries are permitted.
  
• Each post counts as one entry.
  
• Duplicate, identical, or substantially similar posts may not be counted as valid entries.
  
• Entries must be original and created by the participant.
  
• Content must not be offensive, unlawful or infringe third-party rights.
  

Casa Manolo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether an entry is valid or ineligible.

6. Prize

One winner will receive:

10 Casa Manolo sandwiches.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable.
  
• Has no cash alternative.
  
• Cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.
  
• May not be resold.
  
• Is subject to availability and may only be redeemed at participating Casa Manolo stores.
  
• Will be issued as a Casa Manolo Sandwich Stamp Card valid for one month from the date of issue.
  
• May be redeemed in full or over multiple visits until all 10 sandwiches have been claimed or the card expires, whichever comes first.
  
• One stamp will be redeemed for each free sandwich claimed.
  
• Any unused sandwiches remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received on both the Casa Manolo Facebook and Instagram accounts during the relevant monthly promotion period.

The winner will normally be announced within seven days of the month's closing date on our social media pages.

8. Contacting the Winner

The winner will be contacted via private message.

If the winner does not respond within seven days, Casa Manolo reserves the right to select another winner.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Casa Manolo may repost or share their submitted content across its website and social media channels, with appropriate credit where reasonably possible.

Copyright remains with the creator.

10. Data Protection

Personal information will only be used for administering this promotion and in accordance with Casa Manolo's Privacy Policy.

11. General

Casa Manolo reserves the right to:

• amend these Terms & Conditions;
  
• suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary;
  
• disqualify fraudulent or abusive entries.
  

The promoter's decision is final.

12. Minimum Participation

Casa Manolo reserves the right not to award the monthly prize if an insufficient number of valid entries is received during the relevant entry period.

If the minimum participation requirement is not met, no winner will be selected for that month, and an announcement will be made on Casa Manolo's official social media channels. The promotion will continue into the next monthly entry period unless otherwise stated.
