DELIVERY OPTIONS

We only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland. For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland please get in touch with us.

Our courier company works from 8 am to 8 pm on Monday to Friday – but not on bank holidays.

Your order will be dispatched in accordance with that schedule and it can take between 1 to 3 working days to reach you.

At the moment, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

What are your delivery charges?

In-store pickup

Free, shop online and pick up in-store at no extra cost, ready within 24 hours.

Shipping rates:

Postage charges will automatically be calculated in the shopping basket.

Orders £55 and up - Free standard delivery
Orders under £55 - Standard delivery £9.50

Any locations not covered by our courier provider zones may incur additional shipping fees. For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland please get in touch with us.

Express Delivery:

24 hours to 1 day Express Delivery is available within the London area. Depending on location deliveries start from £25.


Track your order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking ID and/or URL. Having your tracking ID makes it possible for you to follow where your order is at all times. If for any reason you don't receive your tracking ID please do not hesitate to contact us at hola@casamanoloshop.com for more details. 

Risk of loss or damage in transit

Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or several failures in delivery if the receiver is not at the designated address or we cannot gain access to the property or we get incorrect addresses shared with us at the time of purchase.

Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than two weeks after the estimated date for arrival.

If goods do not arrive within your chosen delivery period, please contact us at hola@casamanoloshop.com to investigate the non-arrival within 14 days of your purchase date. As per the perishable nature of our products, we shall not be liable for not being contacted notifying delays after that period. No compensation or investigation will be open after that period of time of 14 days' notice. 

For damaged items, customers must communicate with us via email and provide evidence of broken items and packaging in order to open an investigation.

Subsequently, customers must follow the instructions given by our team. Customers must send the damaged products back to our premises (covering the cost of return labels). Once the whole process is completed customers will receive a voucher for the value of damaged items to be spent in future orders online.
