We deliver across the UK mainland. For orders outside mainland UK, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days once dispatched.

Delivery is £9.50 for orders under £55. Orders over £55 qualify for free UK mainland delivery. Free click & collect is also available from our Casa Manolo restaurants.

Our courier provider will usually leave instructions or attempt redelivery. Please follow the courier’s update as soon as possible to avoid delays, especially with chilled or food items.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. Keep the original packaging until we’ve reviewed your case.
