We deliver across the UK mainland. For orders outside mainland UK, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days once dispatched.

Delivery is £9.50 for orders under £55. Orders over £55 qualify for free UK mainland delivery. Free click & collect is also available from our Casa Manolo restaurants.

Our courier provider will usually leave instructions or attempt redelivery. Please follow the courier’s update as soon as possible to avoid delays, especially with chilled or food items.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. Keep the original packaging until we’ve reviewed your case.

Products I don’t know but delivery takes years

"I cannot speak about the products as they were for a gift. But I bought these on a Saturday to be delivered to a friend who lives literally 2.5 km from one of the shops and it was not delivered until Wednesday. For me it’s difficult to understand that for urban London the speed of delivery is the same than for another city."
