Refrigerate the jamón, charcuterie, cheeses, pâté, anchovies and white anchovies promptly on arrival. Keep your fridge between 0–4°C and keep these foods chilled until needed.

Store picos, smoked paprika, olive oil and chocolate turrón in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Once opened, keep olives, piquillo peppers and membrillo refrigerated in closed containers. Transfer unused food from opened tins into clean, covered containers before refrigerating.

Take out only the jamón and cheese you plan to serve shortly before eating, and return unused chilled food to the fridge promptly. Do not eat products after their use-by date.
