Our Iberico Cebo Shoulder — Boneless is crafted in our family curing house in Guijuelo, using carefully selected Iberico Cebo shoulders. Smaller than a full leg but rich in flavour and beautifully marbled, it’s a versatile cut ideal for everyday tapas and home slicing.
