Beronia began in Ollauri, Rioja Alta, when friends brought their shared love of food and wine into a winery of their own.
Three areas, one wider setting
La Rioja, Álava and Navarra meet across northern Spain. Their administrative outlines provide geographical orientation; they are not the boundaries of the Rioja appellation.
The craft
Time brings it together
Selected old-vine fruit is carefully fermented, then matured in mixed French and American oak. Further bottle rest brings fruit, spice and texture together.
