Whether you are hosting your own party or event, our team of talented carvers are willing to hand-carve the Iberico Ham of your choice anywhere you are.
During the time of the event, the entire Iberico Ham will be carved if necessary, any Ham not eaten at the event will be vacuum packed for you.
Our carving service prices are available for either Iberico Ham purchased at Casa Manolo or your own Iberico Ham purchased somewhere else.
