Vilarnau’s vineyards sit near Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, between the coastal mountains and Montserrat. This Catalan setting is home to its blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo.

The craft
Bubbles born in the bottle
The grape varieties are vinified separately before blending. A second fermentation in bottle creates the bubbles; time in bottle adds bread, toast and nutty nuances to the fruit.
